For all exchange or return inquiries, please contact us within seven calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
Please note that only one exchange request can be made per each order and only the parts in the initial inquiry can be exchanged.
For exchange of defective items or missing items, please be advised that without an unboxing video, it will be difficult to arrange exchange or reshipment.
In the case of the unboxing video the opening of the box, please take the video starting from opening the parcel. No edited videos are accepted. All the criteria apply the same when using a delivery agency that without an unboxing video, exchange or reshipment of missing items inquiries will be difficult.
The color of the actual product may vary from image depending on your monitor’s
resolution settings. The color and placement of the product label may also vary from image.
If you request an exchange for items shipped at random, the replacement product will also be selected at random.

- If the QR code or serial number of the photo card you received does not work (within 7 days)- After purchasing a platform album or meta album, if you receive an album that is different from what you purchased
- Scratches or folds that looks like light reflection, untidy corners, scratches or folds on the back
- Products with digital services as the main product, such as platform albums or meta albums, must be copied or
Exchange or return is not possible as the value of the product has already been significantly damaged due to leakage of access right information.
- If you enter the album QR code or serial number into MINI RECORD, you cannot get a refund.
- Simple change of mind
- Made-to-order items, promotional items, and music albums for which a No Return/Exchange policy is stated on the product page

- Nicks under 5 mm and scratches/dents that may form during manufacture are not grounds for exchange or return.
- PVC material is sensitive to heat and humidity. Product may distort in shape or stick to other PVC materials. This is not grounds for exchange or return.
- The outer case is for product protection, so it is not a defect of the product and this is not a reason for exchange or A/S.
